Just wanted to say well done and thanks to everyone for a great effort yesterday. Batting first on a difficult pitch everyone applied themselves well and worked hard. I am confident that our batting will be extremely strong this year, especially at BASA.

An area in which we struggled last year was bowling but if we can maintain the consistency shown yesterday by everybody then we won't go far wrong. I have to give a special mention to Brad who has the potential to take apart most teams in this division but not only that bowled intelligently (yes, this is Brad I am talking about) and despite some friendly banter maintained a good pace throughout and conceded only 26 runs from nearly 19 overs.

Well Done Everyone.

HOWEVER there is good news and bad news . The good news for me ( and you ) is that we could be playing at seaton . The bad news is that it could also be either Sedgefield or PRESTON !!!.

I would like to take issue with the previous report that Brad bowled with "intelligence" at Bishop . That cannot be the Brad we know !? Surely ??
